STRESS MANAGEMENT-NATURAL LIFE.

WHAT IS NATURAL LIFE : In todays Modern & fast life we Human beings have forgotten  the Natural life. Physical & Mental sufferings are the part of todays life. Even though we have all the worldly pleasures we are getting more stress & worries in daily Life. WHY ? When we are able to Understand our Body, Mind & the Nature we are living, Tune our self to the Nature and live according to the Natures Law is Natural Life.

RETURN TO NATURE : Do analyse yourself and asses where You Are.
  •  Do you have Stress in your daily life and Do You get Anger easily & have disturbed sleep at the night ?
  • Whether Your body is getting enough Exercise daily Or Do you have Sedentary Lifestyle ?
   Minimum 1 Hr Exercise daily in the form of Walking, Jogging, Indoor\ Outdoor games,or Yogasana.
  • Do you really overeat ? Do you eat high calorie diet rich in Fat & low fibre content ?
  • Are You OBESE or Overweight ? Asses according to your Body height.
  •  Do you have family History for Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Obesity ?
                    How many factors Do you have in the above list ?
If You have all the 5, then You are at High Risk for Heart disease, Diabetes etc.
Then RETURN TO NATURE & By leading a Natural Life You can overcome the risk factors or at least postpone Modern diseases as far as possible. It's in your hand now. Think.............
PRINCIPLES FOR GOOD HEALTH:
  •  Never Overeat, fill Your stomach 50% with solid, 25% with Liquid & 25% Empty.Eat only 2-3 major foods at fixed timings daily. Never eat in between.
  •  Drink 2-3 Litres of water daily, and drink 200 ml of water early morning in empty stomach.
  •  Exercise Your Body for 1 Hour daily in your own way & Yogasanas minimum 20 Min's.
  • Practice Meditation, Relaxation Technique, Your Prayer, Breathing Exercise/Pranayama daily twice  morning & Evening.
  •  Give half day Rest to your Digestive system just by taking liquid diet for Dinner at the Weekend Or Eat only Raw vegetables & fruits Or only Steamed vegetables for 10 major foods in a week.
                      Have a good break from your stressful profession at the weekend with your Family members.
